Des is a very talented groomer with a true passion for what she does! She has worked on all breeds and sizes of dogs, showing each one the love and care they deserve! FULL-SERVICE GROOM PACKAGE

Our Full-Service Groom Package includes all the fixin’s that will certainly pamper your pup! Your dog will get a full haircut to your specifications along with a bath, blueberry facial, nail trim & grind, face feet & sanitary trim, ear cleaning, brush, and blow dry! To finish it off, our groomer will spritz your pup with refreshing perfume and send them home dressed to the nines with a cute bandana!

POSH PUP PACKAGE

The Posh Pup Package is perfect for those pups whose fur does not require a haircut or who just want to have the feeling of luxury! This package includes a bath, blueberry facial, nail trim, ear cleaning, brush, and blow dry! To finish it off, our groomer will spritz your pup with refreshing perfume and send them home dressed to the nines with a cute bandana!

BUBBLE BATH PACKAGE

The Bubble Bath Package is a great basic package for any pup! It includes a bath, brush, and blow dry!

BRUSHING PACKAGE

The Brushing Package is designed to help owners consistently and properly brush their pups! Our groomer will brush your pup for 15 minutes ensuring to remove any tangles or knots! This will ultimately help reduce matting in longer haired dogs in future grooming appointments, but also works great for shorter haired dogs to reduce shedding! The Brushing Package includes six brushings that can be scheduled over the course of 2 months. We recommend scheduling brushing appointments at least once a week to keep your pups coat in good condition!

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS FOR GROOMING?

Currently, we offer grooming services Monday through Thursday from 8-4pm!

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY DOG IS MATTED?

Depending on the severity of the mats, your dog may need to be shaved down. While our groomer is professionally trained and follows proper safety protocols, understand that removing severe matting is a dangerous and tedious process. Your dog may be subject to nicks, scrapes, or skin irritation during and/or after matting removal. To prevent further matting, please discuss the best course of action directly with our groomer.

Furthermore, because of the risks and labor involved in matting removal, there will be an additional, non-refundable fee tacked on to your final bill. The fee is subject to change after repeat matting issues in future appointments and is solely determined by our groomer.

Client expressly assumes the risk of injury while their dog is in the care of Dog Dayze. Client waves any claims against Dog Dayze, or persons employed by Dog Dayze, from liability of any nature for injury while in the care of Dog Dayze.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF FLEAS OR TICKS ARE FOUND ON MY DOG?

Our groomer will be sure to remove and kill any fleas or ticks found on your dog at an additional, non-refundable cost. Understand that flea & tick removal is NOT a preventative and you should seek veterinary assistance to fully eradicate the problem.

IS THERE A LATE FEE OR POLICY?

While we are a flexible and understanding company, we also want to be mindful of our other scheduled appointments and our groomer. If you are within 15 minutes late, you may receive a non-refundable late fee on your final bill. If you are beyond 15 minutes late, your appointment is subject to be rescheduled at our groomer’s discretion. Repeat issues with appointment promptness may be subject to dismissal in our grooming program.
